Our Team Challenge Volunteering Programme supports businesses in finding and delivering volunteer projects, enabling businesses to provide a volunteering programme that is effective, enjoyable, and relevant to the business and the community.
Through our extensive network of schools and community groups across the country, we source local projects in response to local need. Our opportunities are quality checked to ensure volunteers will see an immediate positive impact from their work.
Our expertise allows us to deliver a flexible approach, and we can work with you on projects on any scale; whether it is a one-off team challenge project or by developing a long-term programme of skills based projects.
Our programme opens up access to more complex projects which might be beyond the skills of groups on their own.
Our unique approach also means we can individually tailor the way in which we manage each project. We can fully manage your project from conception to managing the relationship and directing on the day. If you want to choose from a wide range of options but drive the project yourself, we can help set up the initial contact and deliver the training and advice that you will need to manage your own events.
Projects range from building outdoor classrooms and environmental projects, to mural painting and running skills workshops for pupils. We have supported dozens of schools across the country to help deliver their Eco Schools objectives by building infrastructure or tackling tasks beyond the capabilities of the children and staff.
We have over 30 years’ experience in managing, developing, and running employee volunteer programmes for businesses across Scotland from local SME’s to large global companies. We are therefore uniquely placed to support your business to deliver a successful and fulfilling volunteering programme.
