A workshop for the banking and financial services sector
In the current and future world the risks associated with cyber-crime and online fraud are continuing to increase alongside the financial impact to consumers, SMEs, banks, financial institutions and the wider community. SMEs are on the frontline. For most, a data breach or online fraud could spell bankruptcy. That is why SMEs need to be more aware and prepared.
At the Business Emergency and Resilience Group, as well as working with SMEs to help them recover quickly from major incidents such as flooding, we are also focussing on how a major cyber attack could also drastically affect their ability to trade.
We would like to work with organisations within the financial services sector, to help them to educate and encourage SMEs to think about the risks they might face, and take simple steps to prepare SMEs for all kinds of risks in relation to cyber-crime. So, they can quickly get back to business; back to profit; back to growth
HRH The Price of Wales’ Business in the Community’s Business Emergency Resilience Group (BERG) is delighted to invite financial services organisations to this resilience workshop aimed at improving the resilience of their banking customers. This workshop will be hosted by BERG in collaboration with experts from our partners Fujitsu, National Cyber Security Centre, 10X Technologies and Marsh.
Places are limited for this special workshop so please register by the 24 November.
